All equipment is hired under HAE Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Hire

All hire rates are exclusive of VAT

Hire rates for equipment can be over the following periods:

Daily (24 hours)

Weekend (Friday 4:00 pm - Monday 8:00 am)

Weekly (extra days thereafter are charged at 1/5th of the weekly hire rate)

Transport can be arranged at additional cost

Any cleaning or damage is chargeable

Non-Account Customers

Deposits

A deposit is required from non-account customers, amounts vary according to the value of equipment hired.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, electronically or by debit/credit cards.

Identification (2 forms)

1. A utility bill (dated within the last 3 months)

2. Photo ID (i.e. passport / photo driving licence)

Trade Accounts

We welcome new account custom, please complete and return a credit application form. Our payment terms are 30 days net from the end of the month.

Insurance

We do not provide insurance cover, please ensure that equipment hired is adequately insured and used correctly.

Please ask for assistance if you have any queries, we can provide PPE (chargeable) and user instructions if required.
